Beatriz Ball's WESTERN Collection features two striking metal trays based on the form of the agave leaf.

Agave products are trending in the US, but the plant has been used in Mexico for centuries. Traditionally, agave was believed to have medicinal properties. Its sap was also boiled to produce a sweetener known as miel de agave. 

The sugars in agave are also fermented to make tequila.
